I need to know if there is such a thing as an IVR machine? other then an IVR service?

I remember seeing a machine that would pick up the phone automactically when someone calls. I know it was an automated machine, you know where press "1" if u need this "2" if you need this. We own a small business and need a machine like this. If anyone knows where I can get one. I don't want a computer program to do this, the people that work here wouldn't be able to work that. Any ideas?

Your right there is an IVR service, do not think there's just a desktop machine that does it, google it.
The type of machine I think your describing is a regular answer machine with "multiple mailbox" options. You can set these so different people can have there own "section" on the same machine. These have been out for along time now so you should be able to get 1 cheap. Different models have different number of "mailboxes".
