if one had a hobbie,say making something(product) could you get a web site to offer your product for sale on line? for example,could one get a domain name, or perhaps get one of those service offered from yahoo(small business).don't get me wrong would get a business license and all the other stuff,but i coulding get it right away(need to sell stuff first) and if your wondering,yes I would pay taxes.....so is it legal to sell first,and how long could you do it before you really do become a outlaw well my friend and I build Chevy hi-po engines but at 4$ a gal it all but a dead art,we also build computers(hes a gamer,am not)he got his on line for just under 3gs-after opening up the case and seeing whats inside,we price the parts out and realized,we could have build one for under half the price-brain storm why not build and sell them on line-now see above question,however kemperk answer scares me become an outlaw? You don't need any kind of legal documents or license in order to sell products on-line. Your explanation is very complicated - could you just say it in plain English what you mean?
