I have an idea, does the "de@dbeat dad law" case law prohibit me from a patent or copywrite?

I did not say that I "was worried" that "her" lawyer would "find out".

I said the State seems to refuse the petitioned against the basic human right to be "first", by denial of any right to be "recognised" as first by the court of authority. In other words, normally, a patent right protects society from "bad guys" making things that others invent; but de@dbeat dad laws cause a condition wherein no amount of decent living prevents an accused (civilly accused) person from being refused recognition for his right to be recognised (petition the Government ~ a basic elemental part of the Constitutional rights spelled out as only modifiable by Constitutional Ammendment in the Constitution).

Thus, I implied an unscrupulous "judge" (organized criminal in robes) can practically sell today any American's right to Patents to foreign Governments.

How? We let judges d rug people today, without their consent or knowledge. This sets people up for divorce. Then we "empower" them to steal all.

Looks like you have time to read, pay your bills and handle your issues and yes they will affect your copy right and patents especially when her lawyer finds out.
