Would a company loan money based on pending law suit?

I am a successful 47 year old business owner in a legal dispute mith my partner. I managed the business up untill now. he owns many other businesses and owes me a couple of million dollars. My K1 learly reflects that We are very confident that we will prevail soon. In the mean time my divorce is draining my cash. Because of the dispute I do not collect a salary and currently looking for an executive position. I was pres/CEO. Is there any loan service that would consider a loan of 100K based on that?

I work for an attorney. One of our clients did a loan against his law suit on an accident case. In fact he's done it 3 times.
