Should i quit or not? |
i am a dispatcher for a tow service all of our drivers sub contracted i have one driver who has been harassing me for a while now business is very slow right now and this driver is not getting enough work neither are any of the other drivers this driver only wants to do local tows he will not do any long distance tows business went from 10 to 12 cars per driver per day i have 20 different drivers to anywhere from 2 to 4 per driver per day the drivers that sit and wait in the dispatch office some times 2 to 3 hours a day are the ones that get most of the work this guy refuses to wait he refuses long distance tows and is telling every one in our company that i am racist and discriminating against him because he is black i fired him once before because he kept refusing work and waited until the last minute to give me a long distance run back (the tow had to be done the same day) he went crying to my manager that i was singleing him out because he is black and that he was going to sue so my boss hired him back and he got worse he started complaining about every call that i gave him and saying that all the latino drivers (im latino too) were making more money and gettin more tows because of the fuel prices no one is making anymoney right now and because of the fuel prices less people are driving so there are less tows for all of the drivers we have argued back and forth over this and i have always been the better man and apologized and have tried to make things better and he told me that at all of his past jobs he has always been discriminated against because he is black but a few days ago he really pissed me off he said told me that my attitude towards him has not changed this making me physically sick my boss has been gone all week so i sent him an e-mail stating either the driver goes or i do am i right or wrong please help Don't let him get to you. If you quit you're just letting him mess with your money. Talk to management. If this is true that he is lazy and self conscious than i think everyone else in the company has seen this behavior from him. So Just go to management. Every job is moving kind of slow because the living cost is going up. Keep your job. I wouldn't quit, but I would get this young man and your manager together and calmly explain the situation. It's entirely his fault, you are not making a racist decision at all, he is choosing to not do his job, and hence he should be the one to quit/be fired for inability to complete the job's given. |

And how he can talk to the dead. ...do it for cash under the table and be done with it... ...don't do it. there are plenty of loan companies that will give you a better deal with out a down payment i use wells fargo and they have always been good to me and the interest is low. check i... |
