Can you name your worst restaurant experience?

Mine was this:
I was at a place in Vermont, and business was really slow. There were a hostess there, but she was folding napkins. We waited five minutes, then she realized that she had customers. She gave us our menus, and left us without a greeting. It took ten minutes for the waiter to come, and he was also folding napkins. Then we asked for our drinks, and i asked for a milk. It didnt take too long to get our drinks, but my milk was all warm and nasty. Then i ordered a ham and cheese sandwich, which took about half and hour. I almost left, but then i saw it. It wasnt very good, the ham wasnt good and the cheese wasnt the one i asked for. it was american and i ordered cheese. it was also very expensive,10 dollars for a simple sandwich. the service was terrible, and they were unfriendly. i paid, and left a penny for a tip. i will never go back.

I meant to say cheddar after american, sorry.

We were at a local Italien restaurant with my mom, dad, brother, and grandparents and my brother and I ordered pizza. It took about half an hour to order drinks the place was so busy. We couldn't hear each other half the time. When we actually ordered, it took about forty five minutes for half the meals to arrive (my brothers and mine was missing). Another thirty minutes later our waitress came by and we asked about the pizza. She looked kinda startled and said that they had run out of mozzarella cheese. (At an Italien restaurant??? That's like a bakery saying it was out of flour). So she offered to order us something else. We decided to just eat whatever my parents had gotten (some nasty adult food, we were really little)

Ya, it wasn't fun XD

I went to a steak house that a lot of my classmates from school worked at back in NC. Should have been a dead give away that it was going to suck, right? Well, I got 4 sets of dirty flatware, three dirty glasses, and I can't remember how many dirty plates. They didn't really cook my steak right, my lettuce was dirty and had bugs on it. Then the salad bar, gross, and filled with bugs. My grandparents took me there for my graduation celebration... I complained to the management and never went back.

About 5 years ago, I dined at this chain restaurant called Bennigan's. The food took forever to come out and, when it did, there was a long hair in my rice pilaf. Disgusting!

Denny's on West Valencia in Tucson, Az. we sat for over an hour before anyone even bothered to aks us if we even ordered yet. Though we could tell that the wait persons werer serving therir friends food first. Never been back.

In a freindlys in MA a waitress dropped a drink all over me I was 6 and stareted crying.

At this Chinese cuisine restaurant, there was a HUGE lineup that took probably 10 minutes. After a while, a table for my family was available, but the table was all dirty and there was even a half-drunken seafood stew on the table spilled! They gave us 2 rags to clean it up then dumped a bunch of menus on us while we were cleaning.

After ordering, we kept waiting and waiting and waiting, but the food wouldn't come. After 40 minutes, we were getting ready to leave, then they gave us some food, at last! But the duck was dry, the fish was tiny, the water was oily and the forks looked like they were rinsed in 3 seconds and then sent back out, there was even little food pieces on them!

After eating, we paid and didn't even leave a tip. And it all cost about $70, crazy.
