HELP! What is Buisness Professional Attire to you?

Hey guys!
So, I have an interview tomorrow and the Human Resource person I talked to said the dress is "Business Professional Attire".
Now, that could go so many ways!
Are we talking khakis and button downs? Suits? I'm stumped!
I'm 25 yrs old and I have never had someone tell me how to dress at an interview.
Is this just something that I have missed? ha ha!
So- I need your opinions!
Give examples!
I would really appreciate all the help.

Oh- i'm being interview for a managers position for customer service and sales with at & t.

xoxo
Meg

Personally I dont think it has to be a suit.

It could be other cute work clothes. Most stores have sections for "professional" work clothes as well.

Think any clothes that are:

Not short. Knee level or lower.

No bra straps,

no tanks, sleeveless is iffy...youd be better will a full sleeve or 3/4 sleeve. If you do go sleeveless, an inch or more is the key

Not alot, if any clevage,

no tummy showing, at all, your shirt should be long enough that you raise your arms above your head and your stomach is still not showing.

No jean material

That still leaves you with alot of options. Check out magazines for ideas..

I love making the profession look, look very hot.
But not slutty. And its easy to do.

Here are some simple ideas:

this might work: but not for the first day:

instead of jeans, use black straight leg work pants:

Hope it helped.

You can not go wrong with a well- tailored suit. You really don't have to spend a lot of money on one. I like black, but women can look great in most color suits. Be sure it fits well. A nice shoe can add a lot of style. Button up shirts or a thin sleeveless turtleneck underneath. I can not stress enough that it should fit well to look neat as can be.

Good luck to you!

Business Professional is a SUIT!

For females its a while blouse, dark jacket and dark skirt with dark shoes and stockings.

For men its a dark suit, white shirt and a red, blue or dark tie and black shoes.

A business suit is just that - not khakis & button downs.

Knee length skirt - crisp blouse taylored jacket. Low pumps. stockings.

Show up in khakis and button downs and they won't let you in the door.

I agree with the previous but a woman can also wear a business suit that includes slacks rather than a skirt.

mmmm, sounds like a pinstripe situation to me,or maybe brown trouser suit,...its the new black you know!
