If you can learn how to build a basic website or at least a little bit of html, it will save you so much money, time and frustration in the long run. I wouldn't be comfortable with someone else working on my website without me knowing what to do either. They might be a scammer who creates easy access to your website whenever they want if your website is dealing with money or a business. Well there's your options anyways and good luck with your site.

If you're trying to promote these types of businesses you should at least be able to build your own website.
If you don't have that expertise you shouldn't be promoting the other. You can use simple programs like: "Site Builder" through Yahoo hosting. Anyone can build a good site using that.

Actually the quickest cheapest way is to go to google sites; http://sites.google.com/; and set one up from there. The sites are pretty comprehensive and flexible and you dont need much technical knowledge to set it up.
