Where could we find a contract that would prevent our customers from hiring our employees directly on internet

We have an e-commerce customer service business where we contract with clients to do their customer service for them. We are looking for a contract that would prevent our clients from hiring our employees out from under us after we have trained them.
We think we need a contract for the client and another for the employee.
