How much does your local laundromat charge?

i am opening a fake business for a school projectm, and am opening a lundromat. What what be a reasonable price to charge for laundry services, and would soap be included?

$1.50 for washer
$1.50 for dryer
box of soap in the vending machine costs .50 to $1.00

you could wash , dry and fold the clothes for the customer
you'd charge by the pound of laundry
I think I saw a sign that read- .75 per pound

Most laundromats charge 1.50-1.75 for a single load washer and around 3.00 for a triple loader. It also costs .25 for the dryer but it usually takes a couple quarters to dry a load. No the soap does not come with it. They have a machine where you can buy soap and fabric softner for single loads for 1.00. Hope this helps you
