Work place Business name idea needed?

We were sent home from work on Friday and told that we must come up for a new name for our business by Monday, We are to put in our names and let the workers vote on the best name. I am stumped, and I had a three day week end. Can someone please help me out with a good name.
Our business basically does outreach work for the community, and we help adults get their GED's, with a wide array or human resource services. We do trainings for diff programs, we do social outreach, we do job readiness and job placement . We also help people to better their lives. So far my coworker came up with the word enhancement, but I'm just throwing that out there. If you think you have a great idea then please let me know your ideas. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
