I recently purchased a car about 30 days ago today that has been nothing but trouble?

The car is a 2005 used Chrysler Sebring from Carl Gregory. I have had my car submitted 2 the service department three times and still no progress. I am fed up with this dealership and wish there was some way to get out of my contract with them. Is there anyway to terminate my contract ? I have already contacted the better business bureau on them and its really not helping at all.

Unfortunately no...you more than likely bought the car "as is"...the car and all of its problems are yours. Why don't you take it somewhere else to be fixed...if they can't get it right stop giving them your business. Next time have a mechanic check out any used car you buy..would have cost a $100 bucks, but you would not have these problems.

Judge Sludge is flat wrong...there is no 3 day return policy on cars anywhere...so forget that.

First of all, don't listen to these people. There is no buyer's remorse law. In fact, no state gives a buyer the right to cancel a car contract, except CA and you have to purchase the right to do so. Your car is too old for lemon law protection. You bought a used car and you should have had it checked over by an independent mechanic prior to buying it. Now it's too late. Enjoy your Sebring. I'm tired of well-meaning but ill-informed people giving bad information here.

You have 3 days to return a purchase due to buyers remorse...After that I think your stuck, I don't think the Lemon Law applies to used vehicles...but you can look into it, Google "Lemon Law and see what is required to qualify...
They probably have done nothing to the car, in hopes enough time will pass that they aren't responsible to fix anything...
Wow a bad situation... Good Luck

If the car keeps going back to the dealer to repair the same problem over and over again, you might have a case for the Lemon Law.

If the car qualifies under the lemon law you can void the deal and walk away or exchange the car for something else.
