Are there nothing but morons working at Hughesnet?

They were suppose to "upgrade" their email service this weekend (who takes email down over the weekend?!) and have it back by 11:00am Sunday. It's now almost 4:00PM and I still can't read my mail! This company is a joke.

How can a company operate like this and still stay in business?

Thanks for posting this as we thought we were the only ones with a problem. Sunday night and I still can't get onto my Hughes email, do you think it will be working tomorrow, it had better be! Monday: still not working BUT I just got onto webmail by typing http:/webmail.hughes.net and typing in my username and password. Got onto my email account but it is EMPTY and I know I would have received some emails by now as I am subscribed to a few daily newsletters -anyone got any more info. on this outage of Hughes email?
