Please Critique vision mission statement?

Mission Statement
Our Mission is to serve as a reference to individuals and organizations hosting events, while presenting eco friendly solutions to their event planning needs. In addition to, servicing clients we will sponsor social occasions that will promote xxxx. We will tailor each service and product to each clients brand, vision, and budget.

Vision Statement
xxxx Vision is to be an industry leader, educational resource, and community example in incorporating eco-friendly practices in our day to day business and event coordinating operations.

Mission Statement - Too wordy...I'd keep it to the first sentence by itself--perhaps adding a only few clauses from the other sentences...

Vision Statement - Change "...community example IN incorporating..." to "...community example BY incorporating..." or better yet "...example to the community by incorporating...and I think you've got it.
