Desk Note Holder/Stand?

Hi, I just started working on a customer service business on the phone, and I am looking for some type of holder or stand that will hold information vertically on my desk so that I can refer to it during calls.
I have searched all over the internet and shops and I haven't found anything like this. It needs to be bigger than a post-it note, hopefully around the size of an A4 paper sheet.

Does anyone have a link to a website that sells this?
Any help finding it would be appreciated, thanks!
