Why do Corporations and businesses hire through non traditional means? e.i. non-profits, profit organizations? |
Im doing a paper for school and Im wondering. Why do Corporations and businesses hire personell through non traditional means rather than regular sources? e.i. non-profits, profit organizations, human services, drug rehabs, vocational rehabs? So they can get a lot of applicants. Also some of these places like drug rehabs the business gets a tax credit from the government if the person is hired. |
