Yahoo Webhosting and their appalling lack of service?

I recently signed up to Yahoo small businesses and their webhosting service. I'm using FrontPage 2002 which they claim is supported by Yahoo.

However, I cannot publish my web and my efforts to contact yahoo have fallen on deaf ears. As I am in the UK I used the email 'contact us' service. My first email was sent 3 May and the second one on 6 May. I have yet to receive a response to either email.

I'm desperate and want to phone their 800 number can I do this from the UK? what codes do I need? will it cost me?

You should probably add detail why you can't publish. I probably could of answered it for you but now I am not able to since I can't have 2 answers in one Question.
