Sexism in jobs?

sexism is on both sides of the spectrum. male and females are discriminated against.

ex. restaurant business - catered towards women in the service area (server, hostess...)

so, my question is why does it seem like people only see job discrimination because of sexism a woman's problem not a male's problem?

Men do not usually talk about it. Women are the emotional of the species, men are functional. I have hardly ever seen men cry, they just don't do it, their eyes may get watery, but they say something like "It must be dust" Men never admit to having emotions.

Other men will be like, "why didn't you try to score" something like that I guess.
