Grandma and son no custody rights?

I have a son who is an adult and married and they had a child/daughter 2yrs old. The mother of the child is a drug addict and is constantly getting arrested. She has an extensive juvinile record and adult record and she is 19. My son who is 21 grew up with a 3.5 GPA and has no Juvinile record but was arrested 1 time as an adult and is currently taking care of that.(had to do with this f He has a case plan with The local children service agency and has done everything he was ask to. He has always maintaned a job and paid child support and has kept up his supervised vistation. the problem is the local Case worker is lying in court and telling that he is not showing up at his visits and the other grandmother is fighting my son for custody the other grandmother told children services that I was not allowed to visit the baby at the supervised visitation and the children services case worker said "It is none of my business don't put me in it. What can we do? This is a small town and 1 judg

So your saying the other grandmother has the right to fight my son but I don't have the right to defend him? He is not fighting with the mother she could care less.

Your son needs to fight for custody and fight for all his worth. The other grandmother shouldn't be trying to keep you from seeing your granddaughter. She's just being plain MEAN! Good grief what is wrong with people? Do they ever think of the kids? She's being selfish!

You need to request another witness to be there with the supervised visits. It is your business! She's your flesh and blood!

grandparents have no custodial/visitation rights.

This is your son's battle. He picked his wife. Let him fight it.

How do you know the case worker is lying, maybe your son is lying to you
