Where can a ex-con get a good job in cincinnati or ky? |
im 32 years old with 2 felony #s for non support with years of experience in automotive , customer service, food service and warehouse. but nobody wants to hire a felon. ive even got a college education to boot in autocad and business management. but no job and ive posted resume after resume and applications out the yang. most of the places that will hire you pay less then 400 a week. ive got 6 kids! 3 at home and 3 i pay support for. my support order alone is 2000 a month.thats not countiing living expences! which get higher everyday. i need help and a real job! there are jobs out there. my ex did 6 years in prison and makes good money doing construction and excavating. my other ex...also a felon, has a good job doing masonry.it's there buddy...just gotta bust your *** to find it. This might not help much but you can go on line and check out a homebased business that will cost you next to nothing to start. You may not consider this a real job but if you are willing to put the time in you will make real money. It wont hurt to at least check it out. it's going to be difficult. But there are a few autoshops and warehouses here in Kentucky that may hire you. A lot of self-owned businesses and such. A lot of farms here too, Tobacco farmers will take people to help strip tobacco. You won't get much at first, just gotta do something small first. Gain more work experience and stay away from felonies. Deliver newspapers at night to offset your income. |
