Why did congress do what they did the past 7 years or so, they've made about a zillion mistakes?

other countries laugh on how our government functions, our govt is a joke cause we ALLOW other countries to follow our ways, we ALLOW business to leave here, we ALLOW govt to put chemicals in our foods that are unhealthy to us, we ALLOW money to go to the poor to poor countries but many here have no health care or food, we ALLOW govt to tax us to death by hiring too many public service workers, we ALLOW the govt to squeeze people financially, we ALLOW retailers to charge us too much money on stuff that is on the shelves that is made by chinese who get paid next to nothing to produce it, we ALLOW the govt not to set high tariffs and tax goods coming in heavily so corporations get the picture that if you want to have cheap labor overseas you must pay the tax, we ALLOW a failed education system to keep moving on when we all know no matter how many college degrees you have there is a job shortage and you'll never get a job that you deserve unless you're milking the taxpayer like a lowlife

The real question is, "Why do we continue to re-elect them?"
