We found out Stores Online had a lot of legal problem so we cancelled the service but is it really cancelled??

We went to a seminar for Store Online and paid like $24 for the express web site then we went to the next seminar and my parents purchased the pro web site and it was $3000 but my mom put a $500 down payment so they could get financed for the rest. My mom called the Utah business barrel or whatever and found out that Stores Online has had a lot of law suits and are banned in certain states so she called them so they don't put the $500 through on her credit card so they "apparently did it" and are giving her $25 back so they closed the site... but do you think they actually did that or do you think they'll still keep charging my parents and will they probably have to take legal action?

My mom did already call the credit card company n they said call Stores Online so she did n they said they canceled it but today she looked and there was $500 charged on her credit card so she called Stores Online n they said they'll call back later like they said before...

I'd have your mom call her credit card company and try to stop them charging her account. And then I get really nasty to the online store company tell them you have contacted a lawyer and are going to press charges.
