How could I start my own counseling business in customer service?

I see that there is a lack of good customer service in some industries and I always think that management could make some changes to better there service, so I thought maybe I could become a counselor and show them what customers expect from them.

Go to uni, get a degree in human resources or marketing. Get a job as a customer service manager.
