Do I have the qualifications to be a Food Technologist?

I have cert 2, 3 and 4 in hospitality. I took nutrition and food tech all through high school. I have a cert 2 in business services (computer) RSA, RCG and barista. I worked as a home economist for 2 months. Anyone?? With experience if possible!!
