AT&T Small Business billing issues?

Has anone out there had a bad experience with door-to-door AT&T reps changing their services and increasing their bill without notifying them of the consequences?

This is illegal. This falls under the classification of slamming.
I know this because I have my own home based business in the telecommunication industry and they have to do a TPV varifying you know the changes on your account and agree to the changes. This converstation is recorded as well. Did they do this?
I see companies doing this all the time and it's just not right. That's why I got involved in mine, because they do everything by the book and legally. Where as these companies slit people's throats to make a buck. giving you a deal that you think is great then the small print comes in and they raise it up on you without notificiation. Bad business practice.
