Which is better for a small business? A Pizza Joint or Mechanic?

Details- For The Pizza joint our competitor is Cici's Pizza but we offer delivery and carry-out only. It will be Papa John's and people want a papa john's in the area.and most people are hungry

mechanic we have lots of nice mechanic workers here no competition packed with costumers and have full service. yet more expenses.and most people have used cars here so more breakdowns

any other shop ideas would be helpful except for fast food

if a laundry can have a bar attached
in some communities, why not
pizza attached to the auto repair
facility?

odd but why not?
