Company Culture? |
I am looking for examples / case studies of corporate culture models. I am open to any business that strrongly follows such a model-and am open to broad interpretations of what this. I am particularly interested in examples of distribution/service businesses that have been successful at moving beyond some of the traditional "bottom line" mentality.I would especially appreciate any ideas/feedback from employees that love something that represents culture at their workplace. One time 7-11 opened stores in Singapore. They noticed that cold products weren't selling well. They found out pork was mixed in with the milk and cheese. They took out the pork and bacon then things sold well. |
