Why is it soo hard to get hired at a retail business like the mall or cvs ect.? |
i applied at least 20 different retail buisness && ive never got a interview and i've work only in the food service... am i doing something wrong on my app. or what ?? probably b/c it is really easy to get hired. or it may be a problem with your availability. most retail places like open availablitiy since there are so many weird hours. also make sure to say that you have had some work experience in the food industry but really would like to learn retail. hard worker, willing to learn, flexible, etc... good luck! well at cvs they should have computers instore that you apply on! after you fill that out it sends off to corporate then back to the store you applied at so it could take a week or so for the store to even get the appllication! Try calling or going to talk to the manager to see if they have received it! if that doesnt work it could be your apperance or the way you present yourself! Good Luck! |
