What are my chances of getting into the following colleges?

1540 out 2400 SATs
200+ Hours of comm service

Play Football

National Young Leaders Conference/Award

Colleges are:

University of Connecticut
Brown University
Boston College
Boston University
Columbia University
Providence College
University of PA
Yale U
Harvard

Unfortunately with those sats it will be difficult at the more prestigious school like the ivies or BC. But the rest look a possibility. For the others apply if you like, but I don't like your chances.

With a high GPA but lowish sats best to look at schools where sats arn't used - eg Pitzer.

what following colleges? you didnt label the colleges, but just by that, your grades seem to be pretty god but your SAT score is kinda low .. did you take the ACT? it all depends on what college you want to go to though.

afterwards:
umm... those are all pretty good universities .. even if you have a 3.9 GPA, compared to others who took lots of AP's and Honor's, its still kinda low. Plus, usually for those colleges, your SAT score is over 2000.
