Should fast food establishments get rid of drive-thrus?

From a business and customer service standpoint, I think drive-thrus are horrible. I know about all that pulling ahead stuff, but honestly, that defeats the point and can only go so far.

I think restaurants should eliminate the drive-thru from a service standpoint. It's harder on the workers, the labor and not really that great for customers. There's also a health benefit too, in making people walk inside.

I have never worked at a fast food restaurant. I do know that the drive thru serves as convenience. No, they make money with it, otherwise they would not continue to exist.

I think we should keep drive thrus. They can be very convenient like someone else said. The lines aren't always long. What I do if I'm in a hurry is check out the drive thru first. If the line of cars is short, i&
