Complaint Forums?

Where can I find an online site to go to read what feed-back others have on a business or church? IE how they were treated, what kind of service the business gave, quality etc. Also would like to be able to post my own feed-back too. Other then the BBB I want one that will be from the people themselves.

Many times there are blogs that have sites just for this which are related to the item sold.

So if you had a zit zat phone you purchased and di not like it..you would look up zit zat....
