LLC or INC?

i want to open some business one is computer related ( services and selling hardware) the other one is selling industrial equipment, witch one is better LLC or INC, i don't expect a lot of growth at least fro the 1rst year

LLC is better. You do not have to pay double tax and it protects you just like a c-corp. It's also cheaper to file. However, some people like the s-Corp but it is more expensive to file than the LLC and it is a longer procedure. Consult with an attorney since this will determine your taxes and your protection from any lawsuits. www.SBA.gov can also help.
