Have you ever wanted to be a mortician or funeral director? |
I can't imagine being exposed to that environment on a daily basis. Grief stricken people...day after day. Endless church services. Preparation of the deceased. Are you in this business? Or were you raised in a family that was in the funeral business? Isn't it kind of.......depressing? I certainly have nothing against these people. They provide a necessary service. I'm just curious. Not personally, but I knew a girl in middle school who did. The "emo" movement hadn't quite started yet, but I think she and her group of friends were "precursor emos" shall we say. She was a nice girl, but a few of her friends as I recall were suicidal. I asked her why, and she said that she wanted to help people. it's been a lifelong dream. Nah, just not my "cup of tea". |
