Help! I'm in sales and I have lost my confidence. I have to find my own clients.?

I either have to cold call or prospect in person; no leads are given to us. I sell medical benefits, and other HR services.How can I get the attention of business owners cold calling on the phone? I have lost a few big deals lately, and it's getting to me BAD. Any tips are welcome! Thanks

Just know that the worst thing anyone can say is "no", and if they do then it's no big deal. You just have to be polite, persistent, and a good listener.
