What do you think of Red Robin's service? |
Last week I went to Red Robin for the first time and I got a really bad impression of the customer service. The customer service is better at Taco Bell, lol. I know each day isn't the same for a business but I wont be going back to see if it was a fluke. What happened was I went in with my friend and asked where to order to go. They said go to the bar, so we went over there. I was ready to order and stood there while neither one said anything or came to take my order. I gave them another minute and still nothing. I know I could get their attention but it's their job, not mine. They see someone there and they're not at home, do your job, you know? On leaving we got angry stare from a front worker.. It's not really a big deal but bad customer serive is pet peeve for me. To me, I care more about the service than the product or food. I'd rather go somewhere that has ok food but good service than somewhere that has excellent food but bad service. Anyone else have a bad experience at there? LOL..that reminds me... you had no service and I had too much service which was just as bad. We sat down (couple of friends), waitress comes and asks if we were ready.. we answer her NO, NOT YET...ok she leaves and comes back in literally 1 MINUTE (not exaggerrating) and asked again. We told her,"no not yet..another minute please". Ok, she left and comes back again in another MINUTE... we wanted to DIE. She did it about 4 times... we wanted to crawl under the table at how annoying she was!!! It was quite funny too..i mean COME ON!!! Every single minute???? RELAX! The service at Red Robin continues to go down hill in my home town. I stopped going there! Which is sad, because I do miss the steak fries!! The service was HORRIBLE! I agree with you completely. I know that I have high expectations, but I think you should when it involves a tip. I wrote to company and complained about the service. They responded with an apology and a gift certificate... but that mean I'd have to go back! |
