Email directory listings???

As much as I hate Spammers, I'm looking to market my business to local communities in my area (yea, I guess I'm spamming...lol)

The local communities know my business very well, and I'm trying to find a way to reach the whole community in one e-mail with promotions and discounts on my services.

Are there any local email listings I can use to target them using a keyword for my community instead of looking for each person by name?
