How do I let people know about proceeds going to a charity?

I am making my business cards and I want to let people know that if they use my services, they are also contributing to The Bright Side of the Road foundation( an ALS foundation). How do I word this on my card?

You could either have this on the bottom of the card or printed on the backside..... something like.... A percentage of all my profits are donated to The Bright Side of the Road Foundation.

People will get that their money spent on your services directly impact the charity.
