Why are customer service people so rude?

I was in a department store and when I asked for a simple price check the customer service cashier told to me shut up and get in line! I was going to buy but then I left because she was so rude. Anyone have a similar experience? I think it just ridiculous. By the way, that store is going out of business and I can see why!

Just because she met rude people doesn't give her an excuse to treat people who have done nothing to her in a rude fashion. There's just no excuse. I will never go back to that store again.

she was being very disrepectful . Report her to the manager. this could be written up and on her report for further employment.
