Okay, so at my job, they are saying I did something that I KNOW I didn't?

do so I asked for proof and they are saying - we will give you proof because you did do it........I own my own business and work "through" this company so I don't think I would have any recourse if they terminate my services or will I?

Wait until they show you the "proof". If indeed you did make a mistake, ask how to correct it.
If you have a contract with this company, read it to see if they can terminate you.

I agree wait for the proof, and if there is a contract read it carefully. It will spell out the things that would terminate the contract and any reprecussions that may occur for what reasons.

If you have a contract for the services through owning your own business, then you could sue on the contract, that being if they have nothing to legally breach it. But then I never heard of a business that considers it's self an employee at work and through another company. If you are really working as a Independent contractor, then you are already setup for no recourse. You'll probable need to set up a better business entity to give you recourse in situations like that.

I don't know what ur asking but u should really let them tell u what u did wrong, test them a little 2 c what they know, tell them to show u the proof if they show u and u think it's possibly,possible that u did do it then whatever it is straighten it out and i'm sure they'll understand if they don't then leave it alone cause they must be non stoppers. to answer your question u probaly won't.
