I agree it is too long. Under work experience you did a good job of starting each bullet with action verbs, but you've mixed past and present verbs
(example:

Oh wait a minute you have two different jobs listed here ... you need to clean up the format. That whole section runs together as one.

Personally I think Objectives are dumb ... My objective is to get a job.

"Customer Service" Really??? A barista at Starbucks uses his/her "customer service skills to succeed in a competitive business environment". It seems like your skills and experiences are well beyond "customer service".

I might drop some of the international accomplishments or awards. Remember you can bring any of those up in your cover letter. "I have had many great opportunities to work with Asian dignitaries including was the First Secretary of the Consulate General of Japan in New York and the Thai Minister/Deputy Chief of Mission when I ..."

Of course if you are applying for a job in international banking or international non-profit I would say those things are important.

I agree with the other poster...it's a little too lengthy. As a former employer myself...he's right...too long and it gets tossed off to the side. I always scanned one first for key words that showed me that this person was a fit for the position I was hiring....then all those resumes would get a second more thorough look. Make your resume specific to the job you are trying to get :)
