Don't forget, we're in a recession, so the odds are you aren't alone. Plenty of people aren't getting their dream jobs! It doesn't mean you aren't a good worker.

I read your OBJECTIVE:

OBJECTIVE Succeeding in a competitive business environment in which I can capitalize on my customer service skills and strong work ethic

"In a competitive business environment" is a bit vague; it could mean you want to be a car salesman, a travel agent or a Starbucks manager. Here are some ideas:

"in the competitive field of restaurant management"

"in the competitive field of fast-food franchises"

"in the field of software design"

"in the field of information storage and management"

I don't have any good resume advice, but I do want to say that not getting one job doesn't necessarily mean there is a mistake with your resume. Sometimes there is just someone a little better, or someone who just seems to "fit" better with the company. Keep trying!

Looks perfect to me and you look very accomplished. If you didn't get the job, its because they don't appreciate real talent.

You know, not getting the job may have nothing to do with a mistake, and everything to do with the fact that the economy sucks right now. A lot of people are looking for work, and not a lot of companies are hiring. If you're in a competative field, you just have to keep at it.

I didn't get a job that I thought was going to be my "dream job" either... as it turns out, I like the job I got later much better than I would have liked the first job. It was a good thing I DIDN'T get that first job, or I wouldn't be working where I am now.
