Problems with Wal-Mart - price matching?

Has anyone had difficulty getting Wal-mart to honor their "we match competitors ads" gimick? I am specifically seeking people who use grocerey ads to shop & price match. I am researching how many unhappy customers there are that are fed up with Wal-mart not doing what Sam Walton built his business on. For the most part, the customer service at every Wal-mart I have been in stinks. I am on a limited budget and I do not receive food stamps or assistance of any kind so I need to stretch my food dollars as far as possible. When i discovered that Wal-mart is now refusing to price match items that are "bought with the card" from their competitor or for items that are the in-store brand. Who cares if I buy Kroger milk versus Great Value. Milk is milk - it all comes from a cow. I'm a farm girl and couldn't care less if my milk came from a Jersey or a Holstein.
Anyway, I am curious to hear of others that are fed up as well.

That's standard industry practice. It has to be an IDENTICAL item.

yes of course I fed up but be fair in the same sense, the items have to match apple to apple.
