Has anyone had any major problems with Time Warner Cable?

I havent even been a customer for a year yet and I have had to call in several times to complain. And when I do call, the customer service reps are so rude and nasty. Any advice on how to file a complaint? I have already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Time Warner. Anything else I can do?

sorry dude for ur grief! i noe how u feel! been der! with warner and comcast....i hate them all! now im with DIRECTV customer is good but the picture sucks! im alway having picture trouble like never before.... but the thing is.... im stuck in a contract! damn! u cant win for sh!t....

I used to do surveys for time warner, but I think we called right after people got hooked up and they had no time to think of anything to complain about. So they got good reviews.
