Laws against a service is charging after cancelling?

I canceled my web hosting account with iPowerWeb in January, and received a confirmation email. I just found out that I was charged $95 in March, and was forced to call them up to cancel AGAIN and get my money refunded.

I've been searching online and it's become apparent that this is their common business practice. I am somewhat shocked that this company is allowed to continue to operate like this.

Aren't there any laws against this?

By the way, iPowerWeb is located in Arizona and I'm in California, so this is a federal issue.

Your money was return so there is little you can do. You would have to show that intentional as opposed to an accounting error
