What would do?
first off me and my ex have been broken up for 4 months and since we have been broken up i spoke to him once.... and he thought that the only reason i called him was because i was up to some tricky business LOL.... but, really i just wanted to wish him a happy belated new year...see i thought i didn't love him and of course out of sight out of mind but the other day i called his friend and asked him if a certain preacher was gonna be in GA and he gave me the exact date and i did not expect to see my ex but he was there and he lives AL and we don't talk so he wouldn't have known i would have been there except his friend told him so he was there and the whole service we would glance over at each other but we tried to act almost as if we both don't exist... but the dumb thing is i wanted to speak to him and say hi but i didn't and he didn't either..... so is it worth trying to talk to him next time i see him and maybe if possible win him back or should i leave him alone?

oh and we were together almost a year...

ahh i'm sorry but i think it's over. just move on. if you could last for four months without him then you really don't need him. look for a new guy.

A lot of people that split up, once there's been a bit of space between them, can be friends again. Anything more will all depend on why you split in the first place but generally speaking I think that you should speak to him when you next see him and see how he reacts. If you can be friends, then something positive will have come out of it.
