How much should I charge per job for these kinds of services: Data Entry (1 hour job), Excel (1 hour job), etc etc. I dont' want to charge per hour, but then again I just don't want my clients to think I'm stiffing them and I want to make it simple so that's why I'm thinking per job. What would be the best way to charge my clients and how? I'm new to this

To get the best answer, you should call other companies in your area that provide those type of services and get their pricing then you should price your services in the general area as the competitors....

I think your first answer is perfect. U should call and act like u are going to need there business in your area that way u can see what your competitors may charge. Good luck

The two answers above are good ones. Check out the competetion as best you can. Estimate how long it will take you to complete a specific job, and then quote the job. This way the client knows you are not going to drag your feet to get paid more. After doing a few different jobs, you will get a better feel for how long these various jobs actually take. Figure out how much you really need to earn, net plus your overhead expenses, and divide it by the number of hours a job takes you. You may charge $30 hour for mundane tasks and $60 more more complex jobs. You will get the hang of it after awhile. If you aren't earning your own way, you may need to charge more . Remember to Under charge or under promise and Over deliver. This will help build a repeat clientel. Repeat customers are what you want and the will refer other business to you. Good luck, work hard and have reasonable expectations.
