Being jacked by sprint - read this you will like it?

every other month we get shut off because of some misterious "spending limit" we were shut off today and the leach at customer service couldnt tell me what the bill was because it has not been printed yet. they suggested that i just pay them $500.00. without a bill just send them some money to turn the phone back on.
we use this phone for business, we have the biggest plan they offered 2 years ago, we have free features that unless you have not changed your plan you will never see again with sprint.
here is how they get you to change your plan... they crap all over your service untill you get frustrated enough and leave.
the question is not right or wrong (it's business). but is anyone else having this problem, and how did you solve it?

Spending limits on accounts mean that the billed or unbilled usage on the account cannot exceed that limit or you will be shut off....there has to be some type of unbilled additional usage on the account that would be factoring into the balance on the account...i.e.....over your minutes, accessing the web from the phones without a web plan, text messaging without a plan, calling directory assist, or downloading. I'm sorry that your having the issue and I wish I could help out with the problem more and see why the account is so high.....

I also had a spending limit for my personal sprint phone. I think as long as you have a good spending history, they should be able to increase your spending limit.

Knowing Sprint though...they will try to screw you over!
