If there were one service business you wish was in ur neighborhood or wish were better in your area, which?

I am interested in starting a part- time service business of some sort (as opposed to retail or import export). I am leaning towards something that would help moms out because I know many are overwhelmed with responsibility. Anyone have any ideas, what would you want in your neighborhood?

Automated recycling centers. In other areas I have lived, there were machines you could take your cans to for recycling and they would pay you. There are some recycling places in the area of California that I live, but they are always broken or full. Need more and better units.

I wish there were more coffeehouses in our area. They are all in the most inconvenient places. We just got a new Starbucks (the only other one was in Barnes and Noble) and it's on a side road that opens up right at an intersection! So you have to drive through the intersection and cut through the shopping centers behind that road just go get a cup of coffee through the drive thru! We have a Panera close to my work, but it doesn't have a drive thru either. So I really wish I could get gourmet coffee at the drive thru in a convenient location. That would just be heaven!
