Does HP support use american call centers during normal American business hours?

I just contacted HP support, and they were very difficult to talk to. Will I have any better luck if I call during normal business hours?

You have a better chance getting an American during regular hours, but that doesnt not mean you will. Call during regular hours, if you get an Indian, complain you can't understand what they are saying until they connect you to an American.

HP support used to have one U.S. Tech and if you called early and got lucky you got to talk to him. Otherwise you talk to India.
I have found that if you disregard the heed to "call first rather than email". and go ahead and email they will answer you within an hour if it is in the middle of the night, AND they type in English. That is the only way I contact them and I usually only buy HP products for just that reason.
