1) Darren Eliot is the color commentator for the Thrashers...Tripp Tracy for the Hurricanes鈥obby Talyor for the Lightning鈥?amp; then I read today that Daryl Reaugh is the color analyst for the Stars. Are goalies the most vivacious people? Also they all have blue eyes鈥? strange? LOL.

2) Detriot had the Yzerman Era and the Gordie Howe Era. Will the next Era be the 鈥淒atsyuk Era鈥?鈥︹€淶etterburg Era鈥? 鈥r do they not have enough pizzazz or zest to have an Era named after them?

3) Would James Norris, the owner and name giver of the Red Wings, be aghast at the new Club Sportif MAA? ....Pilates, Dance, Spa鈥hat happened to Bicycle, Snowshoe, & Lacrosse?

4) The Dallas Stars played at Reunion Arena before American Airlines Center. The Reunion Arena is going out of business in July. If you were to inherit this building, would you attempt to make it into a full time public rink鈥aybe a minor league affiliate鈥r would you simply sell the building?

1) As a former amateur goalie myself (emphasis on the amateur part) my mantra is "With me, the gettin' is always good."

2) Methinks the Zetterberg Era is most likely.

3) Most likely. Oldheads (myself included) don't go for the "sissying up" of todays Ice Capades, er NHL.

4) The trend seems to be turning the building into a public rink and a mall. So I'd be inclined to do just that.
